Randy Rauch
American Broadcast Talent

I'm dedicated in helping you create a great resume tape.  A resume DVD that can actually help land that perfect job in any size market.

Over 20 years ago, I graduated from Arizona State University.  I had a couple of internships and some college radio experience while attending.  Back then, The Walter Cronkite School of Journalism did not care if you had a resume tape upon graduation. We barley had video equipment that worked properly.  You just graduated.  It was a real struggle to find that first on-air job.  I quickly learned how important a great resume tape was going to be for the rest of my broadcast career.

Luckily, I never gave up looking for that first job.  Since graduation,
I have worked at wonderful television stations around the country.  From Tampa, Phoenix, Ft. Myers, Tucson, Orlando and Las Vegas.  I have worked for ABC, CBS and FOX.

And my jobs over the years have enabled me to do something I love and enjoy!  Not to mention making a good living, meeting interesting and famous people and traveling the world for interesting stories and events.

What become crystal clear to me early on in my career was the importance of having a resume tape that can really sell your talents.  Not just something slapped together and put onto a DVD.  Without a great tape, you have no broadcast career.  It's as simple as that.  And knowing what goes on a resume tape is just as important as the material itself.  News Directors expect a particular look and feel when viewing a candidates work.

Since 2001, I have helped to build a successful boutique resume tape service that assists individuals in creating news, weather, sports and entertainment resume tapes.  We use the best equipment in shooting and editing resume tapes. So we have set our business standards high.  The rewards of helping people find jobs is priceless!  I know  American Broadcast Talent is the best service of it's kind because our company gets results.   Many that attend end up on-air in small and large markets around the country.

Our clients come from around the world and from all walks of life for our services.  But they all have one thing in common.  They want to work on-air in television and need a professional resume tape.  And I know why people choose this occupation.  It's one of the best jobs in the world!  I hope I can help you put together your resume tape and live your dream of working in television.

Sincerely,

Randy Rauch
